The project consisted of an interior and exterior renovation to an existing Real Estate Agency. The ground floor is approx. 2,500 SF with a 900 SF apartment in the rear.

We performed a complete renovation of both the apartment and store. The client expressed her desire to provide clients with a homelike and comfortable atmosphere form the moment they stepped into her establishment.

We decided to use warm lighting, specialty ceiling systems, exposed brick walls, millwork as well as quality finishes in order to achieve our client's vision.
