This project comprised of the new construction of a stand alone building. The town was looking for the re-development of the site. Previously the site had been occupied by a restaurant which had fallen into disrepair. The end result was a 14,000+ SF single story building. The exterior finishes were selected to conform with the Client’s Prototype and Town requirements resulting in a building with a brick base and pilasters, EIFS and fiber cement siding, traditional awnings and metal canopy.
