This project was an interior renovation and drive-thru
upgrade of an existing Investors bank branch. The
project is located on route 35 in Lakewood, NJ.

The renovated space is approx. 2,500 SF. The Client
was looking to upgrade the current branch to the
new Investors Bank standards. This branch was taken
over from another bank several years ago and was
never renovated.

The scope of work included a new
layout of the branch, including new cubicles, managers
office, conference room, teller area, millwork, finishes, 
and new logo wall with interior dome and sitting area
which are the trademark of Investors Banks.
The entire space underwent full architectural and
engineering renovation giving this space a brand new
look in keeping with Investors Bank branding.
