This project comprised of an approved site for a new shopping center complex with six proposed buildings on it. The CVS building was the first to be developed and open. The town was looking for a farmhouse/ carriage style building. The end result was a 12,000 SF building with a 1,500 SF mezzanine facing RT.111. The exterior finishes were selected to conform with town requirements resulting in an understated elegant building with a stone base, simulated cedar siding and heavy trim throughout along with a metal standing seam roof.
